Jennifer represents clients in all stages of civil litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on matters including commercial contract disputes, industrial disasters, and defending negligence and premises liability claims. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was an associate with an Am Law 100 firm where she refined her insurance liability defense practice. She also has experience handling construction law and business collection matters.
Jennifer earned a history B.A. and a political science B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was an article staff member of the Duquesne Energy & Environmental Law Review. While in law school, she interned for the Hon. Judge Nora Barry Fischer of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Hon. Chief Justice Jeffrey Deller of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She also received the Outstanding Oral Argument designation during her first year. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the Eastern, Middle and Western U.S. District Courts of Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a member of the Philadelphia and York County Bar Associations. She resides in Red Lion with her beagle named Milkshake.
