Megan Stepanenko specializes her practice in the areas of Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation. Megan earned a B.S. in Business Marketing with a secondary concentration in Law and Commerce at Miami University of Ohio’s nationally recognized Farmer School of Business. She received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. Megan is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Illinois. Prior to joining Griffith, Lerman, Lutz & Scheib, Megan worked in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and class action litigation. Throughout Megan’s legal career, she has demonstrated a passion for assisting underserved individuals in the various communities in which she has lived. While living in Illinois, Megan served as a Volunteer Attorney for the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago as well as Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. After relocating to San Diego, California, she continued her dedication to volunteer work with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc. Megan also spent several years as a Big Sister/mentor with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. Megan is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations. She resides in York County with her husband, Scott, dog, Zeke, and cat, Tiny.
