Mr. Lutz has been with the firm since 1990. He is a former Partner and is currently of Counsel. Mr. Lutz is a 1974 graduate of Villanova University and obtained his law degree from Western New England University School of Law in 1981 and his Master of Law Degree in Taxation from Villanova University in 1985. Mr. Lutz is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association, as well as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a Title Agent for Conestoga Title Insurance Company and concentrates his practice in the areas of business formation, estate planning and administration, wills and trusts, and real estate.
Mr. Lutz served as local counsel for many closely held businesses and was actively involved in many non-profit organizations over the years in York County. He is a former Director and Treasurer of both the York County Bar Association and the York County Bar Foundation; former Director and Past President of York/Adams Mental Health-Mental Retardation and Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board; past Vice-Chair of the Wellspan Foundation Annual Kids Campaign; former Director of Children and Family Services of Central Pennsylvania; a former Director, past Vice-President and acting President of York Little League; former Director and past President of Family Service of York and York County; former Director and past Chairperson for Family Service Partners and past President and former Director of the York County Estate Planning Council.
